Hi everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! We'd like to apologize on delay of surveys as we ran in to some technical difficulties with our email address. Good news is everything is ironed out and surveys are sent out!

Please check your email address for the surveys. At times they get sent out to spam mail so please check all your mail just in case to make sure you received them! We encourage you to respond to it as soon as possible as there is only a 2 week window period. We will continuously remind all of ur backers to make sure everyone gets the chance to respond to the survey!

In other news, we're also happy to announce that pre-orders are now available through backerkit as well.

Quick Update On Our Progress!

Hello everyone, happy Friday! We’re back with a quick update! Payments still haven't been processed but we’re working closely with the BackerKit team to finalize our post-campaign system.

As a lot of you may know, BackerKit allows you to add items to your Kickstarter pledge. Through backerkit you'll be able to choose the style/finish/color you want on your MyKee and have the chance to add any MyKee's/Keebit's to your order. Also for those who wanted to change their address's, you'll have the chance to do so on Backerkit.

Whats next?

We've been working hard on setting up the post campaign system on Backerkit. We've done our best to simplify the surveys to make it easier for all of you guys! Since we have a lot of variations to work with, we have organized then with new set of pictures. Also in the survey you will have the choice to choose your desired split ring colors for each MyKee. Here's a picture showing all the choices you guys will have to choose from!

Over the next week, you’ll receive an invite to the MyKee BackerKit so please stay tuned. You do not need to set up a login and password to use BackerKit. If you use your Facebook login for Kickstarter, the survey will be sent to the email attached to your Facebook account. Just follow the link to fill out the survey, add any add-ons you want, and you’re good to go.

If you decide to change your add-ons and address, you'll have a chance to do so before our cut-off date, which will be announced later. If your address changes before shipping, don’t worry. We’ll send a final reminder where you'll have the chance to adjust your address before we ship.

Please get the Backerkit survey filled out as soon as possible when you receive it. The guys at Backerkit have been super helpful through this process. Of course, we'll be here too! Stay tuned for our next update where we will let you guys know that the surveys have been sent out!

Words alone can't describe how thankful we are to all of you guys. We’d much rather show you how thankful we are for your overwhelming support throughout our campaign by working hard and getting MyKee to you guys as soon as we can! You guys are the best! We truly appreciate this opportunity and are humbled by your support. 

What’s Next?

First:

Kickstarter needs to transfer the campaign pledge funds (which can take up to 2 weeks) so we can start on our production run. Kickstarter will charge your credit card and collect your pledge. It’s possible that the transaction may be declined due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or safety measures that require you to contact your card provider before payment can be completed. If this is the case, Kickstarter will send an automatic email to alert you. Please keep an open eye for any payment issues via email from Kickstarter.

Second:

We will be working on creating our survey on Backerkit so we can find out what style, finish and color choices you want. In the survey you will have the opportunity to make changes to your shipping address so don’t worry if you want to change it. We’ll be sending our BackerKit survey out to collect this information after Kickstarter pledges have been cleared and transferred.

Important stuff to remember: 

Please note before we send out the survey, we will give you a heads up so you can watch for it. It is important that when you receive the survey, you get it back to us as quickly as you can so we can proceed with the production. The collected information from the survey will be sent out to our manufacturing firms so they can know how the quantities of different types of keys that will be needed to be made. Same will apply to KeeBits. (No Personal Information will be handed to them, only information such as style, color and finish) 

You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go!

If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit invite will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email you want the survey to be sent to, please email [email protected].

Remember: You’ll receive an email for a BackerKit survey in approximately two weeks. BackerKit allows you to confirm your reward selection, add on accessories, and update your shipping info. You will also have the opportunity to purchase more keys if you missed out on the opportunity to do so through our campaign.

During this period we will be more than happy to help answer questions from our backers so don’t hesitate to ask :)

KeeBits are Ready!!

Hello everyone, hope you're all having a great weekend. We're nearing our last hours and are super excited but before all that, we have one last thing to introduce before the campaign ends! After a long wait, we're pleased to announce that KeeBits are finally ready!!

How can I get KeeBits?

To get the KeeBits, simply add the price of the ones you want to your existing pledge. For example, if you choose to only get the phillips screw bit in titanium, you add $10 to your existing pledge. 

Here’s the breakdown of the pricing for the KeeBits. We've also decided to also offer KeeBits in stainless steel in order to offer a lower price without compromising strength.

As of now the estimated shipping date for KeeBits will be November, however we'll do our best to ship the bits along with the keys at the same time.That being said our main priority is manufacturing and shipping MyKee first so you guys can enjoy them :) 

We thank each and every one of you for supporting us. You guys are just awesome and deserve all the credit for the success of our campaign. We will make sure all of our backers receive the best experience!

2 Days Left + Stone/Tumbled Finish!

Hello everyone, hope you all have a great labor day weekend! We have less than 55 hours to go and the level of support that we've received has exceeded our expectations and we're humbled by it! We thank all of you guys a million times!!

We're more than excited to start production but before that we have some exciting news. We are ready to introduce the tumbled finish for MyKee. Like other finishes that we have introduced before, this will be a free upgrade that can be indicated in the survey that will be sent out.

In others news we will be working with Backerkit to send out the surveys and fulfill our orders. Many of you guys might be familiar with Backerkit, but for those of you who aren't, we will be more than happy to help insure you receive your survey!

Let's not forget about KeeBits! They will be covered in our next update before our campaign ends!
